We configure your account, help you enrol your first operators, walk through how to build procedures that work in Perry's format, and review your first procedure for logic and usability. You leave with Perry live and the confidence to build independently.

What's the difference between a Creator and an Operator?
Creators work in Perry Studio. They generate procedures, encode branching logic, upload source documents, and manage the procedure library. Operators work in the Perry mobile app. They execute procedures in the field, complete photo validations, run procedures, and generate the compliance data your audit trail is built from. The first 25 operators are included in the pro plan.

How does operator pricing work beyond 25?
Every additional operator beyond the 25 are priced at 15 euro per operator per month. Above ±150 operators, an enterprise plan often makes more sense.

What counts as an AI procedure generation?
Each time you use Perry's AI to create a new procedure from a document, voice note, or prompt. Editing, running, sharing, and validating procedures do not consume your generation allowance. On Pro and Enterprise, procedure generation is unlimited.

Can I share procedures with subcontractors?
Yes, on every plan including Free. You can share procedures anonymously; subcontractors execute them in the Perry mobile app without needing their own Perry account. If you want subcontractors to appear in your compliance reports and audit trail with individual verification data, you give them a named Operator account instead.

Can Perry integrate with our ERP or CMMS?
Standard API access and integrations are included on Pro. Full two-way integration with ERP systems (SAP, Maximo), GIS platforms, and custom enterprise systems is available on Enterprise. Perry is designed to be the execution and verification layer alongside your existing work order systems, not a replacement for them.

How is my field data handled?
Your data is yours. Source documents you upload to generate procedures are used only for that purpose and never shared. Verification data from the field — photos, timestamps, GPS coordinates, signatures — is stored securely and used exclusively to build your audit trail. Perry does not share your operational data or compliance records with third parties.

What happens at the end of the 21-day pro trial?
If you don't upgrade, your account moves to the Sandbox plan. Your procedures, operator data and compliance history are preserved there. Nothing is deleted. You can upgrade to Pro at any tme and pick up where you left off.
